Shipping policy

General Information

Primal Harvest orders ship Monday through Friday from multiple warehouses within the United States using a variety of shipping carriers.

Most orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be processed and shipped on the next business day, depending on volume.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email within 24 hours. If only a phone number is provided at checkout, tracking may be sent via SMS. If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days, please contact our support team via live chat.

For U.S. orders, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery before reaching out to customer support.


United States Shipping

  • Standard shipping within the contiguous United States starts at $5.95

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories starts at $9.95

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. While expedited services aim for faster delivery, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

 


 

International Shipping (Including Canada)

Primal Harvest ships internationally where available. Shipping availability and product eligibility may vary by country.

Important Information

  • Subscriptions are not available outside of the United States, including Canada. All international orders must be placed as one-time purchases

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, carrier rates, and delivery conditions

  • Delivery timelines for international orders vary significantly and are not guaranteed. Orders may take 15+ business days and, in some cases, may require pickup from a local courier or customs office.


Duties, Taxes, and Customs

  • International shipments, including Canada, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are not included at checkout and are the full responsibility of the customer at delivery

  • Carriers may require payment before final delivery or pickup


Delivery Timeframes

  • U.S. orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery

  • International orders: Delivery times vary and may take significantly longer depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays

Delivery time estimates do not apply to locations outside of the contiguous United States.


Customer Support Timing

We kindly ask all customers to allow:

  • 5–10 business days for U.S. orders

  • Additional time for international orders

before reaching out to customer support regarding delivery status.


International Orders – Final Sale

  • All international orders, including Canada, are final sale

  • International orders are not eligible for refunds or our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee


Shipping Liability

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. While we will assist in tracking and investigating delivery issues, Primal Harvest is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.


Additional Notes

  • Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations

  • If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will receive a notification at checkout

  • In some cases, international orders may require pickup from a local customs office
