General support: How can I contact Primal Harvest?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, and we do our best to respond to all incoming messages as quickly as possible. Our commitment is to respond within one business day, but generally we are able to respond much quicker than that.

Shipping & Delivery: How long will it take for my Domestic order to arrive?

We know that a fast and efficient shipping process is an integral part of a high quality e-commerce experience, and our goal is to get you your product as quickly as possible. Most standard Primal Harvest orders ship from Utah via USPS Priority Mail, and the current shipping times for US domestic orders is 2-4 business days.

Orders received before 3pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day with the exception of major holidays. If your order doesn't make it out on the same day, do not worry, it will be shipped out the following business day.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can find more information on our Shipping Policy page.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Do you ship to locations outside the United States?

Primal Harvest does ship internationally where possible, although depending on the receiving country there are restrictions. Please read the information below carefully.

  • Due to the changing complexity of international shipping, subscriptions are not available for international customers. Please select One-Time-Purchase when adding products to your cart.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars ($USD).
  • Due to import restrictions, some items may not be available to ship internationally. If you receive an error during checkout this is likely the case.
  • All international shipments are charged $9.95 shipping and can take 15 business days or more to deliver.
  • On occasion, international shipments require a pickup at a local customs office.
  • International shipments are subject to import duties and fees that have not been included in the order total. They may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery on behalf of customs. Primal Harvest is not responsible for these fees.
  • International shipments are not eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Do you offer package protection?

In the past Primal Harvest offered Route Package Protection at checkout for all orders. We have decided to remove this offering, but are committed to delivering a product you love.

Please include your order number and the details of your order issue expedite the process.

refunds & returns: Do you offer a money-back guarantee

We want our customers to buy in confidence and be 100% satisfied with their Primal Harvest Store products; therefore, we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To receive your refund, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support team by emailingsupport@primalharvest.com, messaging our on-site chatbox, or calling +1-631-769-2227. Please include your order number and the items that you wish to return for a refund to expedite the process.

Without going too much into the details, which you can find on our Refund Policy page, we will refund your first order of any product as long as you reach out within 90 days of your purchase, and all bottles except your first are unopened.

 

In most cases, we will ask you to return your unused products, and your refund will be processed when your return is received at our facility. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. International shipments are not eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: How do I return a product?

Please include your order number and the items that you wish to return for a refund to expedite the process.

Orders & Payment: Can I change my order if I entered wrong information at checkout?

Primal Harvest cannot guarantee any post-purchase order changes, however if you do have a change request please reach out to our customer support team by emailingsupport@primalharvest.com, messaging our on-site chatbox, or calling +1-631-769-2227, and we will do our best to assist you. Please include your order number and the details of your change request to expedite the process.

Orders & Payment: What should I know about Discount and Promo Codes?

On occasion Primal Harvest offers discounts or promotions in the form of codes to be applied at checkout. If you are interested in receiving discount codes, please subscribe to our mailing list, join our Facebook group (Primal Harvest Tribe), and follow us on Instagram.

 

Some restrictions apply.

  • Only one discount code may be applied per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or sale item.
  • Discount codes can be appliedonly to one-time-purchaseorders and not subscriptions unless stated otherwise.

 

If you forget to apply your discount code to an order please reach out to Customer Support within 3 business days to have your discount retroactively applied in the form of a refund.

Subscriptions: how can i sign up for a subscription?

Primal Harvest products are offered as one-time purchases, and subscriptions. On each product checkout page, under Purchase Options, you will find a tool to select between Subscribe & Save and One-Time Purchase. If you select the Subscribe & Save option you will have the option to select your delivery frequency of 1, 2 or 3 months. You will also enjoy a 20-25% discount depending on the product, and be immediately eligible for free shipping (available to one-time orders up to $75).

Our product subscriptions can easily be managed through our online portal using your email as the account login, and there is no restriction to cancel the subscription.

subscriptions: I don't have access to my account. HOw can i get access?

If you don’t remember your password, it’s possible that you never signed up to create an account,don’t worry!Follow the steps below to get access to your account.

  2. If that is the email you used to place your order, an email will be sent to you with two links. The first will be a direct link to manage your current subscriptions (without logging in), the second will send you to create a password to activate your account. We recommend you create a password to avoid having to go through this step in the future.

  3. If you don’t receive an email, reach out to our customer support team for help getting access to your account to manage your subscriptions.

Product standards: Can I take your products if I have a medical condition?

All Primal Harvest supplements are intended for use by healthy adults over 18 years old. We recommend that all customers consult their medical physician before use if they are regularly taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications, or are being treated for any medical condition.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

PRODUCT STANDARDS: Are there any allergy concerns with your products?

Our products do not contain tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or gluten, however they aremade in a facility which processes some of these ingredients. Always review the label for the most accurate ingredient information, and consult a medical professional if you are unsure of your specific ingredient allergies.

Primal Harvest sources from ingredient suppliers around the World to consistently produce high quality supplements. To ensure that we are never impacted by supply chain shortages, some ingredients are sourced from multiple suppliers in different countries. We can assure you though that every one of our ingredients goes through a rigorous lab testing process once it arrives at our manufacturing facility, and we are not afraid to send them back if they do not pass our product guidelines, in fact, at one point our facility turned down up to 30% of inbound ingredients on a regular basis. Over time though, we’ve built relationships with the best suppliers out there and that number has been reduced significantly.

Some ingredients that we use contain a ™ symbol. These ingredients and formulations are ones that have been selected based on scientific research, standardized clinical studies, and the ingredients’ beneficial effects. Product standards: where is primal harvest manufactured?

Primal Harvest products are all manufactured in facilities in the United States that adhere to a variety of strict manufacturing process requirements, most importantly GMP regulations which are set by the FDA (US Federal Food and Drug Agency).

The FDA (US Federal Food and Drug agency) has issued GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) requirements for the methods, facilities, and controls used in manufacturing, processing, and packaging. These regulations make sure that a product is safe for use, and that it has the ingredients and strength it claims to have.

These regulations are not accredited to a product, but rather the facilities that produce them. All Primal Harvest products are manufactured in facilities that adhere to all GMP requirements in addition to other private certifying bodies.
