What is the Punch Card Program?
Our Punch Card Program rewards you for staying consistent with your wellness routine through your Primal Harvest subscriptions.

When did the program begin?
The Punch Card Program officially launched on May 1, 2025.
Orders placed before this date are not eligible for punches.

How does it work?
Each time your active subscription order processes, you’ll earn progress toward your punch card. You will earn different rewards based on the amount of subscription orders you have placed!

How do I redeem my reward?

  1. Log into your account at primalharvest.com/account.
  2. Click on “Redeem Rewards.”
  3. The discount will be applied to your next order.
  4. If you would like the order now then choose "get order now" after redeeming the rewards—your reward will apply automatically.

Any dollar discount applies to a product priced up to the specified amount (for example, a free product valued up to $40).

Do one-time orders count?

How do I update my payment information?

Follow these steps to update your subscription account payment info:

  • Login to your account:
    Click here to log in to your Primal Harvest account
  • Sign in with your email
    Enter the same email address used for your Primal Harvest subscription orders.
    Within 5 minutes, you’ll receive a one-time code to securely log in — no password required. Please check your spam our promotions folders for this one-time code.

Why did I get a failed payment email, but my next billing date looks different in the portal?

When a billing attempt fails, you receive an email on that day letting you know there was an issue with your payment method. Our smart billing system then automatically moves your next billing date out by several days to give you time to update your payment details. That is why, when you log into your subscription portal, you will see a new upcoming billing date instead of the original one.

To keep your subscription active, simply update your payment method in the portal. Once updated, your next charge will process on the new billing date shown in your account.


How to update Shop Pay details

Your answer hNeed to change your Shop Pay address or payment info?

Shop Pay is a secure, third-party checkout option offered on our website—similar to PayPal or Apple Pay. It's built and maintained by Shopify, and allows you to check out quickly using saved information like your shipping address and credit card.

While we accept Shop Pay as a payment method, we don’t control or manage the saved information inside your Shop Pay account. If you need to update a saved shipping address, phone number, or payment method, you’ll need to do that directly within Shop Pay.

To change your address for future orders:

On Desktop

  2. Click the profile icon in the top-right and sign in using your email or phone number.
  3. Select Settings ▸ Addresses
  4. Click the address you’d like to edit or remove
  5. Add a new address and select “Set as default” if needed

On Mobile (Shop App)

  1. Open the Shop app
  2. Tap the profile icon ▸ Settings
  3. Select Addresses
  4. Tap the address to edit or delete
  5. Add a new one and mark it as Default

  1. Go to https://shop.app and sign in
  2. Tap your profile icon ▸ Settings ▸ Login & Security
  3. Tap “Change” next to your phone number and follow the instructions to update

If you no longer have access to your old phone number, you may need to use your email login or contact Shop Pay support at https://help.shop.app.

Are there any allergy concerns with your products?

Our products do not contain tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or gluten, however, they are made in a facility that processes some of these ingredients. Always review the label for the most accurate ingredient information, and consult a medical professional if you are unsure of your specific ingredient allergies.

Are your products GMP Certified?

The FDA (US Federal Food and Drug Agency) has issued GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) requirements for the methods, facilities, and controls used in manufacturing, processing, and packaging. These regulations make sure that a product is safe for use, and that it contains the ingredients and potency as stated on the label.

These regulations are not accredited to a product, but rather to the facilities that produce them. All Primal Harvest products are manufactured in facilities that adhere to all GMP requirements in addition to other private certifying bodies.

Most Primal Harvest orders ship from our Utah facility via USPS Priority Mail through either UPS or DHL. While we aim for prompt delivery, shipping times can vary depending on carrier conditions and overall order volume.

  • Orders placed before 10 AM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day, but please allow up to 1 full business day for processing during busy periods or holidays.

Do you ship to locations outside the United States?

Primal Harvest does ship internationally, where possible, although depending on the receiving country, there are restrictions. Please read the information below carefully.

  • Due to the changing complexity of international shipping, subscriptions are not available for international customers. Please select One-Time-Purchase when adding products to your cart.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars ($USD).
  • Due to import restrictions, some items may not be available to ship internationally. If you receive an error during checkout, this is likely the case.
  • Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout for international orders and can take 15 business days or more to deliver.
  • On occasion, international shipments require a pick-up at a local customs office.
  • International shipments are subject to import duties and fees that have not been included in the order total. They may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery on behalf of customs. Primal Harvest is not responsible for these fees.

Proposition 65

Are my products safe to use?

Foods and most supplements, generally speaking, contain some percentage of chemicals from the earth because they are widely distributed in our environment (for example, ingredients grown in soil may be naturally exposed to lead). To ensure safety and quality, all of our products are third-party laboratory tested.

The testing process our products undergo involves the use of highly sensitive analytical instruments that can detect even nanograms per gram levels of the tested substances. In this case, it would be legally appropriate to include the warning. For example, the Prop 65 warning is legally required when the amount of a chemical in a daily exposure exceeds even 1/1000th of the amount that scientific studies have documented shows no observable effect.

What is Proposition 65?

Prop 65 is a law that applies only to California businesses and companies conducting business in California, that requires notice to be provided to Californians about exposure to certain chemicals. It is officially known as California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, but commonly referred to as Prop 65, Cal Prop 65, or P65.

Under this law, businesses are required to include a warning label on all products they sell in California unless their products fall below the state-set safety threshold for one or more chemicals known to the State to cause cancer or birth defects, or other reproductive harm. According to the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) website, a “Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements.”

California’s OEHHA states that this law is in place to protect California citizens and the state’s drinking water sources from specific chemicals and to keep citizens informed about potential exposure to these substances.

What is the Prop 65 warning?

A sample Prop 65 warning found on products is the following:

WARNING:Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including [chemical name], which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information, go towww.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food.

Warnings are found in various settings, from restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, schools, and on a wide range of consumer products.

Why does my Primal Harvest product have the Cal Prop 65 warning?

All companies that sell their products in California are legally required to comply with Proposition 65. We include the warning where appropriate to ensure compliance with Prop 65. If your shipping address is in California and you order a product that contains a chemical on the Prop 65 list, you will be notified at checkout.
