The Best Vitamin C Smoothie
2 medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped/grated depending on your blender
2 oranges, peeled
Half an apple
Small piece of ginger, grated
2 tbsp oats
6-8 ice cubes
Simply put all the ingredients in a high-powered smoothie and blend until your reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
