This bright and flavorful concoction isn't just about taste. It's packed with vitamins C and A, antioxidants, fiber, and protein, plus it's quick, healthy, and delicious - what's not to love? 

The Best Vitamin C Smoothie

2 small-medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped/grated depending on your blender

1 medium-sized apple

1 small piece of ginger

1/2 lime

8-9 oz. fresh orange juice (or sub 1-2 oranges)

2.5 oz water

Optional: 1 scoop Primal Collagen

Simply put all the ingredients in a high-powered smoothie and blend until your reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
