Must-Try Vitamin C Smoothie Recipe

This sunny concoction isn't just a feast for the taste buds—it's a nutrient-packed powerhouse. Brimming with vitamins C and A, antioxidants, fiber, and protein, it's the perfect fuel to kickstart your day. Quick, healthy, and undeniably delicious—what's not to love?

Vitamin C Smoothie

2 small-medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped or grated depending on your blender

1 medium-sized apple

1 small piece of ginger

1/2 lime

8-9 oz. fresh orange juice (or sub 1-2 oranges)

2.5 oz water

Optional: 1 scoop Primal Collagen or Primal Greens

Simply put all the ingredients in a high-powered smoothie and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
