This green smoothie recipe works to strengthen your immune system by combining powerful infection-fighting and antioxidant-packed ingredients, like kale and blueberries, to toughen up your body's natural defenses.

1 handful of kale (or spinach)
1/2 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup purified water
1 handful of blueberries
3-4 peach slices (frozen or fresh)
1-2 pieces ginger (fresh or candied)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend (or pulse) on high until smooth. Pour into glass or mason jar, top with any desired toppings, and enjoy!
