Super Greens
Energizing Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1 person
Prep time: 5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oat milk (or almond milk/any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 scoop Primal Greens
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp organic almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 tbsp organic cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or maple syrup)
  • Handful of ice cubes (depending on your preference)
  • Optional toppings: Flax meal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, mango slices, pineapple chunks, or any other favorite topping options

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients and ice into a blender and blend on high or pulse until you reach the desired consistency and ingredients are fully blended. Experiment with how many ice cubes and how much milk you prefer to reach your desired consistency.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with your choice of superfood toppings like fruit, seeds, honey, granola, almond butter, coconut flakes, nuts, etc.
